If you’re keen to enter our photography competition, why not come along to the Museum for one of our open days to find out more? We’re offering two events and this event, to be held on Monday 2 April, focuses on families who would like to re-enact some of our historic photographs and would like some help in doing so!
You can get top tips from Elle Clarke, our Digital Engagement Officer running the competition, on what she’s looking for in each of the categories. No booking is necessary – just turn up on the day with your ideas and questions and have a chat with Elle about the photography competition.
Museum staff will be able to offer help and advice to families re-creating one of our historic photographs of Porthcurno. We will have copies of the three photographs you can choose from, and will be on hand to give advice and pointers for where to go and what to do.
This is a drop in activity as part of our My Porthcurno Community Photography Competition and Community Art Exhibition, which will be held in May 2018.
To find out more, email Elle on [email protected] – please note her working days are Monday and Tuesday only.
