Design your own flag for Human Rights!

Telegraph Museum Porthcurno is proud to be participating in the national programme Fly the Flag with artist Ai Weiwei which commemorates the 70th anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights.
At Telegraph Museum Porthcurno we recognise the synergy between our own story of global connectivity and cooperation and the symbolism and impact of international human rights.

We have commissioned Lucy Birbeck to create a set of three large silk flags to be situated on the grounds of our museum and we will also have on display knitted bunting flags for diversity created by our very own Cable Stitchers Volunteers team.

Visitors will be invited to design their very own flag for Human Rights at our Museum and contribute to the national project. We hope to see all your finished designs shared online!

Our activities are free as part of admission.

We will be discounting 50% off ticket prices from 24th- 28th June for Fly the Flag 70
(not in conjunction with any other offer).
