Half Term Activities – Codes, Cryptography and Chinese New Year

Half Term Activities - Codes, Cryptography and Chinese New Year

Our half term activities are based on Spring, Chinese New Year and a whole new twist on codes and cryptography.

The activity workshop is learning to make a bracelet which has your name in Morse code. On Tuesday and Thursday, we’ll be doing some origami crafts.

We have a number of self-led activities around the Museum, where you can do Chinese calligraphy and use ideograms. We will also be looking at an amazing piece of kit in our World War 2 underground tunnels which features thousands of Chinese characters.

Activity times will be:
11:30-12:30 and 1:30-3:00
Monday 12 February to Friday 16 February

All activities are included in the cost of your admission ticket to the Museum.
