National Trust Partnership Working Day

Volunteers and staff from the Telegraph Museum Porthcurno and the National Trust have teamed up as part of The National Trusts Land, Outdoors and Nature Strategy.

The plan is designed to control invasive species at various coastal sites in West Cornwall.

Tasks include cutting, stacking, dragging, burning, pulling out the native weed Clematis Vitalba and other species which reduce light for other plants and trees.

Tea, coffee, cake & biscuits thrown in to keep energy levels high!
