STEAM Explorers is our brain fuelling workshop for 7 to 12-year-old children to explore ideas linked to our Museum exhibitions and displays led by Paul Tyreman.
Through exploring Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths children will develop enquiry, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills as well as getting stuck into some hands-on things to do.
For our 2020 workshops, we will be linking our sessions in with our 150 years celebrations. You can find out more here.
Things to do this spring will include:
Saturday 18 January: Morse code selfie fun!
Saturday 15 February: Make undersea connections…
Saturday 21 March: Tell a robot what to do!
Sessions run from 10:30 am to 12 noon in the Clore Learning Space at the museum and there is no charge for taking part.
No booking required.
